HairBoom! Hair Extensions – Refund & Returns Policy

At HairBoom! Hair Extensions, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. Because our products are considered personal-use beauty items, certain hygiene rules apply. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

To protect the health and safety of our customers, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened, and unworn hair extensions.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, including security seals.

  • The hair must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and free of any styling products.

  • All accessories, promotional items, and gifts with purchase must be included.

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Opened or tampered packaging

  • Hair that has been installed, brushed, dyed, washed, or altered

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

  • Custom‑made or special‑order products

 

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable

If the return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you.

 

3. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect colour

  • Incorrect length

  • Product defects

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must still meet the unused/unopened condition requirements.

 

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

We will replace the item at no additional cost once verified.

 

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
